Geoff would be a great choice for anybody to work with, especially if you are purchasing a new home. The whole process can be quite overwhelming, but Geoff helped us through it: he sat down with us and explained all of the paperwork, he answered all of our first-timer questions with patience, and answered questions we didn't even know to ask. He listened to what we wanted in a home and found us properties that fit us. He was always very responsive, even helping us with a problem that came up on the property after the sale was final and he was on vacation.
